Logged a fault early hours of this morning, 22nd Sep. Log shows engineer visited exchange and fixed the issue in two minutes and that my case is solved.
It's not, still not getting an internet connection, tried back up router as well with no luck.

Just came back up. Must have been local exchange issue since my parents-in-law's connection was down too. They live local but are with BT.
