After much testing I have discovered that the power adapter for the gfast Openreach modem has failed. I have tested with other adapters and the modem powers on again. I was wondering how I can get a replacement sent out. The current adapter is not an openreach adapter so it's a temporary measure for now

We can't send replacement power supplies unfortunately but I can send you a replacement modem, it will be a different make and model though. Would you like me to arrange this?
