No phone or broadband- horrendous service from TT

I currently have no broadband or phoneline. This has been the case for the last week. I have made repeated phone calls to TT only to be told different things every time including the fact that there is an open order for an upgrade on my account which I knew nothing about and didn't authorise and which noone seems to know what to do with. One operative even suggested that my service problem may be due to the fact that my bill is due tomorrow! I am a pensioner and trying to navigate all of this and get it sorted out is extremely difficult. I want to speak to someone who knows what they are talking about and who can resolve this issue but all I am getting is frankly abysmal service. I fully intend to take this further with Offcom if I do not get a satisfactory resolution as this level of service is simply not good enough. It shouldn't matter for how long I have been a TT customer, but for the record and for my sins I have been with them for years.

Hi Hilary 123,

 

This was logged out to BT Openreach yesterday as a non-appointed task. Openreach will investigate and may contact you directly if they need to access your home. Apologies for any inconvenience but hopefully this will be resolved soon.
