Hi. Can anyone tell me if I will lose my aol email account if I leave Talk talk? I had my AOL email account before I joined TalkTalk and only took TalkTalk broadband because I thought I might lose my email. But after too many customer service disasters I am leaving but don’t want to lose years worth of emails. Will I lose my email address?

Hi Tel2025!, as AOL email is nothing to do with TalkTalk there'll be no change to your AOL email. If you have a TalkTalk email then the advice from ferguson would apply.

Please log in to My Account if you need to view or pay your bill, manage boosts and track your usage. From My Account you can also check your connection and test your line for any issues in the Service Centre.

You can keep your email account, but you will need to sign up to Mail Plus and pay a monthly, or annual fee, see here:
