Hi,
I have an engineer coming out on 18/2/22 but have just received my parcels with router and TV box but there is no phone. I don't have a physical phone but do have a pre filtered socket, can I still have the broadband set up?
Thanks

Oh that's great then I just didn't want an engineer to come out and nit be able to do the installation.
I didn't know as I've only ever used mobile broadband for Internet.

Yep, so they will supply you with a router and a TV box, but not a phone handset. No provider does.

If you want to use your landline for phone calls you need to get your own handset.
EDIT: Oops, I see @Gliwmaeden2 beat me to it!

You don't need to actually use the landline for phone calls, @MBatchelor.
They wouldn't send a phone handset.
Can you check what mastersocket you have and the name of the package you ordered?

Also, for staff support, please complete your community forum profile details by going via your avatar/name; settings; from the drop down menu that starts with "email" choose Personal Information. At the end of that section, in Private Notes, add the order number / account number. SAVE CHANGES.
