Thought to ask here, I feel like I've tried everything I need to. If there's any context you need me to add, by all means ask.

Here are the settings I'm using for what I think should open up UDP 6000 on my HG633 router.

I created a port mapping rule with the following settings- please see screenshot:

The internal host is my computer name, which is confirmed by looking at the active devices list, then checking my  PC's device name under 'Properties' of my computer.

Hi @johnbergerrack

That is exactly what I wanted, thank-you. How do you know it is not working, please can you telling your testing procedure. You will not be able to use a port checking website, as they are only compatible with TCP ports, not UDP ones.

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries. Don’t worry we still have plenty of ways to reach out if you need to speak to TalkTalk directly. For more details check out the link here How to contact TalkTalk Broadband - TalkTalk Help & Support

I am not sure what you mean, this is all I have under port mapping. The "application" titled "GT4online" is the screenshot in the first post.

Hi @johnbergerrack

That screenshot is only half of the config, please can you send a screenshot of the port mapping rule as well? Thanks.
