Openreach box - faulty?

For some months now my Openreach box has had one of the 4 green LED lights not working. It's the one labelled 'INTERNET'
The other three LEDs (POWER, DSL and LAN) are all on, although the LAN one flickers badly from time to time. My wifi signal seems to be OK, although at times my TV box drops out when using catch-up/ streaming channels.
Is this faulty LED something I need to get fixed? Is the Openreach box at fault, and is this what affects my TV streaming access?

Hi Karl, thanks for the prompt reply.
Can I get a replacement router, and is there any cost?

Hi
If the connection is working fine, it could just be a faulty LED, and should not affect the service, however if you are seeing some dropouts, we could swap out the router for you. Would you like to try this ?
Thanks
Karl.
