I placed an order on 16th November 2022 and technician was due out today but never came, i contacted talk talk support.. Sat on hold for 45 minutes, then the phone rang and was answered and nobody on the other side but I could hear myself through the microphone.

 

I have spent almost 5 hours on the phone last number of weeks trying to resolve issues with this order. 

 

Can anybody check and complete the order or look into this?

Ok, I'm not entirely sure what details the support team here might need to be able to help you, but if you can fill in your community profile with your personal details, and in the field called 'private notes' you could enter any reference / order number that you have, that might help the team here identify your order.

 

The support team here will be back tomorrow and will hopefully be able to help.
