Please can I have a return bag.

I have tried three times . Listened to messages  (AI and recorded), talked with someone after chat, all to no avail.  Assurances and promises but still no return bag.  This will be evidence that I have asked four times for a return bag.  I will not be spending any more effort on this.  No return bag will mean no return.  TalkTalk can feel free to come and collect anytime.

Thank you for updating your Community Profile.

 

I can see that the returns bag was ordered and was dispatched on 16/08. We usually advise to allow 48/72 hours for this to arrive but recently I have seen delays with these arriving.

 

If you haven't received this by Friday then please let me know.
