Afternoon john,

 

How are you getting on? Do you still need assistance with this? Could you log into your My Account please to check your HomeSafe/Kidsafe settings, particulary Homework Time?

Make sure that you have completed your community forum profile details, @john114.

 

Go via your avatar; settings; drop down menu...Personal Information. Scroll down to find the button for SAVE CHANGES.
