You haven't been available for the last 3 days. Your test connection hasn't worked over the last 3 days. My connection speed keeps dropping. Lowest records yesterday: 48.31 Mbps, 6.04 MB/s. Not happy to pay a premium for this service.

What package are you on and what is supposed to be the minimum guaranteed speed for your line?
