Postage Bag not delivered

I cancelled my broadband contract as I would be moving out of the UK.  Although I had contacted the TalkTalk team to request a pre-paid postage, I didn't receive it on time and left the country last week. Still, my landlady agreed to send the equipment, but I don't know whether the postage from Talktalk reached the address? How can I find out the kit has arrived? Is there someone to help me to send another kit and ensure that it arrives at the address?

The returns bag has been dispatched and should have already arrived.

Nop, she lives in another city. That's why, when she comes to the address, I need to make sure that the postage bag arrives.

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries.
