I cancelled my broadband contract as I would be moving out of the UK. Although I had contacted the TalkTalk team to request a pre-paid postage, I didn't receive it on time and left the country last week. Still, my landlady agreed to send the equipment, but I don't know whether the postage from Talktalk reached the address? How can I find out the kit has arrived? Is there someone to help me to send another kit and ensure that it arrives at the address?
