Thanks Ferguson. I used the Live Chat via your link and got very prompt and efficient service. Malusi says that I will get a replacement power adaptor in a couple of days. Maybe it will be a complete router set as you suggest or just an adaptor. Either way it should fix my problem. Thanks again for your help.
