Power adapter broken

My power adapter for my router is broken but cannot find anywhere to just buy a replacement, only places which say compatible but I’m not keen on taking that risk.
Is there a way I can just order a new power adapter for my hub at all? Thank you

Carrie

Hi CarrieAnn1

Just to confirm, is it the power adapter for your TalkTalk router that is broken?

@KeithFrench , The way I read the post, it sounded like they are talking about the power supply unit/cable for the router rather than a power line adapter.

@CarrieAnn1 , perhaps you can clarify what it is that is "broken" and in what way it is broken. If it is the power supply for the router then staff on here will be back at work after the weekend and should be able to send you a new router if required. It would probably help if, in advance, you could update your forum profile with your personal details and your TalkTalk landline number in order that they are able to identify and access your account (don't post personal details on the thread though).

Is this an Ethernet only PLA or one with a WiFi Extender built in?
