Hello
I cancelled my contract last month, and was sent an email stating that a Prepaid Postage Bag would be sent out to me within a few days to return the router.
Over two weeks have gone by and there is no sign of the bag. I was told in the email that if I fail to return the router, I will be fined £50.
Please can someone send me a postage bag?
I have put my landline number and address in the personal info part of my profile, and my talktalk account number is XXXXXXX REMOVED FOR SECURITY REASONS.

@BarbaraLouise, thanks for posting here. Staff will send out the bag, no problem.
I've removed the account number from public display - staff are able to identify your account from the landline number, and it's just another bit of information that you shouldn't show in the thread.
Your thread is in the queue for attention and should receive a reply from staff today.
