Is it just recently that you have been unable to log into MyAccount or have you never been able to?
It might sound like a silly question, but have you actually registered for MyAccount?
It should be practically impossible for anyone to connect a device to your router via WiFi without knowing your WiFi password. Again, may sound like a silly question, but if you log into your router, are these devices actually connected and been given a network IP address by the router, or perhaps just devices detected in the vicinity?
As you have updated your profile, staff will be able to look into things for you, but bear in mind that they will be on holiday now until (I think) the 29th December and will probably have a bit of backlog to work through as well.

I’ve been on the phone constantly since joining on September ive had three routers an engineer out they changed all settings password and still have devices on my network that I don’t know

From here, it looks like you have managed the important bit, which should be adding your Talktalk landline number. Staff use that to identify your account, @Karmabites5.
The rest is having a signature, adding hobbies etc and not all that important. Anything you add in Personal Information, remember to click on SAVE CHANGES.
