Hi I'm also experiencing timing out on the Admiral Insurance website and I also have a DSL 3782 router. When I use a hotspot and my mobile data I get straight through but not with my talktalk router

New SAGECOM router arrived, set up and connection to the Admiral Insurance website straight through - no problems.

Hi all, tried a reset on the router, still to no avail. No problem getting through on my mobile data or if I hook up to my relative talktalk router ( SAGEMCOM rather than DSL3782)

Hi @STEVERFIELDS,
No staff are on the community at the weekend, but they should be able to pick this post up early next week.
Have you tried leaving your router switched off for over 30 minutes, to ensure it gets a new session when it is switched back on ?

Try clearing all Admiral related cookies in your browser.
The site is working fine from my connection at 1450.
