Hi,
I got a mail regarding full fibre upgradation with free of cost . Which will increase the speed . If I accept the terms and condition, will it be on same charge of my monthly payment will change ? Currently I am paying 28.55 pounds. will this change ?

Check the upgrade offer email, it will normally tell you if it is at the same price.
