I think  the router is  the problem.

I've tested the line (nothing Is wrong)

Done the wait 20mins and turn back on (nothing happens)

Pressed reset at the back of the router and still nothing..

It blinks  amber and white for a little bit before settling on staying solid amber

Did a live chat and the person just repeated all the things I already did...help please?

Hi FDunn

Thanks for updating your Community Profile.

The line tests are clear so I have ordered you a replacement router for testing, please allow 24-48hrs for this to arrive.

Please let us know how you get on.

Thanks

When you say "tested the line" do you mean that the voice service is working OK, with no audible hissing, or other interference? If that is the case, have you tried removing the faceplate on your master socket and connecting the router to the test socket via a plugin microfilter?
