I had previously requested a home move with talk talk due for completion of 6th April. This was cancelled due a unexpected delay in the chain.
As a result, i need to reinstate the initial home move with a new date or start the process again.
Can you please advise what best to do? I cannot complete the form online and due to move house on the 9th April.
For context, the property is vacant and i have been advised by TalkTalk they are able to take over the existing line without needing to send an engineer out.
