Can we attach a Digital Voice phone to the new Wi-Fi-Hub we have received?

If you have moved to full fibre and requested a phone at the time of ordering, then Yes.
If you did not request to keep a landline at the time of ordering Full Fibre, then No. If you wish a phone line you will need to phone the Full Fibre team to discuss if it is now possible to add a phone.
If you have received the new Hub and you are still on an old copper, fibre to the cabinet contract (fibre 35 or 65) then No you can't plug your phone in as your phone will still operate over your existing landline.

Do you have the Digital Voice service? If not & you connect a phone, it will not register & hence will not work.
