Hi
I have a letter telling me my contract is due for renewal soon, and it gives 3 contracts to choose from, then it says head to my Account to see them , but there is nothing there has per screen shot !.

Normally this information can be found within the 'Offers & Upgrades' section of 'My Account' especially when due for renewal

Sorry, I don't think you'll be able to do it on line. I spoke to a colleague who know more about it than I do, he's confirmed that it's best to speak directly to the sales team. Apologies for any inconvenience.
