My router is not working. I have gone through all of the online checks and have been following the requests of a chat bot for over 2 hours. I just need a new router sending out to me please!

i'm showing our colleagues have placed a router order at 11:25 today and this is just waiting to be picked up by the fulfilment team.

Thanks Debbie. My profile should be updated now. The chat bot said that I would be sent a new one but then said we had been disconnected so I'm not sure if that has gone though
