If I renew my contract for 24 months, do I get a new router/modem? The current one is now 7 years old and I understand improvements have been made in that time. Thanks.

@Anzac73, if you were affected by the migration from Shell, you need to speak to the Shell Migration team about the router.
Then deal with the renewal separately. Neither of these can be done via the forum.

The renewal would be through phoning 03451 720088 or Chat in just the same way, but ask to speak to the Loyalty team / Retentions / Better Value team for that.

Hi - thank you for your response.
It says Technicolour model no. DWA0120. I think it came out of the Arc. Issued years ago by Post Office Broadband who were taken over by Shell Energy and then TalkTalk.

Which model have you got, @Anzac73?
You'll see it in extremely small print on a label on the back.
As long as the router still works and has up to date software, it's not replaced automatically when we renew our contracts.
Worth checking the model etc.
