Hi, I have previously reported a fault with my router. I spent a full day speaking to agents who requested I run the same tests over and over - they could not find a fault.
Today my internet has dropped again, and the online diagnostic tool came to the same conclusion. I received the message that there may be an issue with my setup after running this test.
Please can I request a new router ? I have tested an old one in the house from previous tenants, and can gain connection, so assuming it’s a fault with my own router.
