Replacement Router Request

Hi

 

Can I have a new Router sent please.  I replaced my old router with an Asus one about 5 years ago and having had line problems the Engineer who visited to check our lines believe it is the router.  Whilst they had reset the speed on the line and it was stable for a couple of days, download speed has now dropped 20Mbps.

Hi there @Aaron1974 you have 2 threads, I will close this thread as duplicate. Please check on the other thread @ferguson has asked if you have a full fibre connection?

OK, but do you have one that you can try just for testing purposes? The support team are unlikely to be able to help with a third-party router. 

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries. I have 2 older Talktalk routers.  The last one was playing up a bit and I bought a higher spec one about 5 years ago.

Do you not have a TalkTalk router at all? If not, what happened to it?
