I've recently asked to send me a new cable butI didn't receive the right cable. That is fine. I have sent you a picture attached to the email. This is not the little cable linking the hub to the router. This is the white box "Master Socket 5C"/from which the big white cable is damaged. Someone cut it from the power socket and is damaged from the socket as well as you can see on the first picture.
Could you send me ASAP a new cable and/or a technician able to call me?

Hi evamona
Just to advise, this will require an engineer visit to re connect the master socket to the wall. This would be a chargeable visit.
