I have had to replace my broken desktop PC, setting up a wired broadband connection in Windows it is asking for the ISP provided username and password. I have been a user for many years and no longer have the original packaging etc. Do I use the username and password for my talktalk account, if not where can I find the information please?

There is a username / password line you can call from your landline and this will read out the details to you.
