Hello please could I request that the Wi-Fi auto-optimisation be disabled again on on my Router.

This was previously disabled about 14 months ago, but is now active again.

 

There are a number of Wi-Fi networks near to me which I believe is affecting my Internet whilst using channel 1. When on channel 1 my speed can drop to almost 3 Mb/s.

 

I have to manually change my Wi-Fi channel to 11 almost on a daily basis which increases my speed back to 50 Mb/s.

 

The following day I find that my internet has automatically reverted back to channel 1 and I begin to experience slow speeds again.

 

Please can you help my turn off the auto-optimisation again and allow me to manually select the channel of my choice.
