I'd like to request to turn wifi optimization off on my line. I've be noticing 3 second drops on my internet which might not seem like alot but its enough to interrupt my gaming. i would like to be able to just pick my own wifi channel and not have it keep trying to switch.

Hi @Trollkisser,

 

Assuming you have the Sagemcom Wi-Fi Hub the support team should be able to do this for you when they return on Monday.

 

FYI, it is not switched off for your line or your account, it is a setting in the router itself, but you can't change it yourself, it can only be switched off remotely by TalkTalk.
