Hello,

 

My contract has just been finished and I would like to request a return bag so that I can return the router and the related equipment to you. How can I get one?

Please return to the message board and click on start a topic to begin your own thread, @Robin2568.

 

Also put your phone number or account number in Personal Information [never in the public thread], which you can access via your avatar/name; settings....SAVE CHANGES.

If you start your own thread (new message), we’d love to help.

 

We’ve found that posting in someone else’s conversation makes it harder to follow when looking for an answer.

 

It’s easier and quicker if we can chat with you in a single thread, if you start your own thread, that will keep our community organised and help others with a similar problem.

 

Check your home phone number or account number are also added to your Community Profile as that will really help us to find your details quicker.

@Charlton1, if you look at the first page of replies on this topic you will see that anyone who is not the original poster is asked to start their own thread.

 

You'll also see that I instructed someone how to start their own topic and also how to complete their community forum profile details. 

 

Each customer needs to start the thread anew, as it helps avoid chaos in the replies and avoids muddling different customers' accounts.

 

Staff are not back on the forum before Monday, so you have time to start your own thread before then.
