Hi,
My router return bag has been sent to the wrong address as I no longer live at the address to where it was sent.
Can the bag be resent to my current address so that I can return my old router?
Also, in another matter, I have not received any response/acknowledgement of my complaint and SAR request made by phone on 21/07/22.
Any help with the above would be much appreciated.

Can you add your new address to the private notes on your community profile.
Your SAR request is showing as in validated and will be received by 21/09/22
