Arrived home from a trip Saturday night to discover our internet is completely down. Orange flashing light on the router. Have tried all suggested steps (turn off router for 20 mins, line test, restart router) all to no avail. The router does not even appear as an available network.
I have not been able to get through to anyone on the phone or live chat all day yesterday. I work from home and urgently need this resolved.
