Router faulty

My router is not working and appears to be faulty. 


Ethernet and wifi not working. Multiple devices cannot connect to router. They get stuck with "assigning IP"

 

I have tried multiple devices and cables and none of them work.

 

I need the internet for work and want TalkTalk to send me a new router but I cannot get through to them on the telephone??????
