Problems with router for couple of days now, have done everything, turned off router and it connected. Next day had to do the same thing twice, but yesterday at 22:30 couple of devices lost Internet connection, so did the same thing and now router is continuously flashing amber. Reset button doesn't work and can't live chat as currently closed. I can't check connection line as there is an open case but this is not the first time it's happened as I had to have a new router but now this one playing up. Nothing but trouble since having talktalk and have no choice but to look elsewhere now as the Internet is needed for school, college and work.

The router is showing as powered down. Are there any lights on the router at the moment? (Is the router switched on)
Have you connected the router at the test socket?
