Hi there
Router is constantly flashing orange and no internet. Engineer to visit Thursday which is ridiculous. Anyone had this issue or know a fix?

The order for the replacement router was showing yesterday and has now vanished?
They agreed to send an engineer between 12-3 yesterday who never turned up!
More chats and more lies! Said to wait up to. 24 hours for the vaccine engineer
Just worried they have cancelled the router that was being sent.

Thanks so much for getting back to me. We do have a dial tone on the phone. We don’t have another router to test. The BT box on the wall allows us to take the front off and plug in a phone like. We tried with a micro filter and still no joy.

I'm sorry to hear this. I've run a test on the line now which hasn't detected a fault and it is showing that the router is not in sync. Just to confirm, do you have a dial tone? Does your main socket have a test socket? Do you have an alternative router that you can test with?

There's no staff support on here at weekends, @sarahmonie.
They respond from early in the morning Monday to Friday, till c teatime.
Add your Talktalk landline number / account number to your community forum profile details for TT staff to identify your account. Go via your avatar/name; settings; personal information. SAVE CHANGES.
Keep in touch with this thread during the week for further advice.
