Hi
My internet connection has been fine so far. Tonight i lost connection so went to check my router.
it seems to be flashing orange and white contantly with no internet connection.
iI have followed all troubleshooting steps and no luck the issue still exists. I work from home and i am really concerned as it needs sorting out asap.
Ive read up on this and it seems that it could be an authentication issue??
could someone please investigate this for me?

The line test is clear - No faults detected.
Have you experienced this fault today?

I'm sorry to hear this.
I'm experiencing some issues running a line test at the moment. I will keep trying this and I will post back on this thread once I have the line test results.

Flashing orange and white normally means the connection to the cabinet (FTTC) or exchange equipment (ADSL) cannot be made.
Authentication error is normally a solid orange light.
As you have posted in BROADBAND, exactly what service do you have from TT ?
Is your phone working normally ?
