I started facing wifi issues with my Sagemcom router, couldn’t connect any devices to the wifi. I still had my old router Huawei HG633, set that up and the wifi is back on and all the devices were connected. It seems like it’s an issue with my Sagemcom router, wouldn’t I need a replacement of that router since it’s also the latest one?

The router is on its way, please allow 24-48hrs for this to arrive.

 

If this resolves the fault then please keep the new router and return the old router using the pre paid returns bag.

Yes, sure. If the new Sagemcom router works do I keep it or return it if it was just for testing?
