Router issues - Lose of wifi and wired connection

I have been having a problem now for sometime where i loose connection of my wifi and wired devices and need to reboot the router. This happens frequently 5 - 10 times per day and is getting worse. 

I believe there is an issue with my router and it needs to be replaced.

So far my internet has been stable on all wired and wireless devices. 

Looks like the router fixed the issue.

The router arrived today thankyou.

I have it installed now and testing for a few days to see how things go.

Hi @simonurry,

 

Can you confirm what model of router you have, and do the light(s) on the router do anything different when you have the problem.

 

For one of the TalkTalk staff on this community to be able to look into this you will need to update your community profile to include your name, landline telephone number that your TalkTalk service is provided on & an alternative contact number. This will allow them to identify you, and they will then be able to help.

 

Don't post any personal details in this thread, just add them to your community profile.

 

Then they will hopefully be able to respond to this post tomorrow.
