For the past few weeks I've been having trouble with the internet/router. It works fine for days or weeks on end then suddenly will not connect and flash orange before trying to reconnect. The router is fairly newish, a year old maybe. It is a Sagemcom. Ran router checks, showsed no issues externally, said it beeded further investigation but didn't as the internet was fine again that evening (way back in Nov/Dec) for weeks so carried on as. Now it's playing up on odd days again. Wires all relatively new etc. NTE socket, telephone line isn't crackly.

@highlights, you'll need to be at home during the day for forum staff to run diagnostics - they are on here Monday to Friday, 7am - 5pm.

They all require you to be present for running checks in the home.

I am currently home. It has been working fine again all day today. The problem seems intermittent.
