Hi I have an engineer coming on Tuesday afternoon I’ve had no internet since last week! I think I’ve identified the problem it my router that isn’t working! Will the engineer have one with him? Or can you send me out one!

Add your Talktalk phone number or account in Personal Information. You find this by going via your avatar; settings, drop down menu....once completed, scroll down to find the button to SAVE CHANGES.
If you don't need an engineer, you need to cancel them by noon the day before the appointment.
Staff will respond during the day.
