New router is installed and working fine.
I returned the other one with Royal mail trying to collect it twice! First time was successful they tried to collect it again 4 hours later ho humm.
Should be with you by now.

The support team here on the community can't just send the cable, but they would probably be able to arrange a replacement router together with all of the cables.
They probably won't be around until Monday now, so you may get faster support by using the live chat or calling customer services on 0345 172 0088 over the weekend, however the Support Team here should respond to this topic early next week to help if you still need them.
