Hi the power cable fro my router is broken how can I get a replacement?

Hi Debbie,

New router is installed and working fine. 

I returned the other one with Royal mail trying to collect it twice! First time was successful they tried to collect it again 4 hours later ho humm.

Should be with you by now.

The router and pre paid returns bag are on the way, please allow 24-48hrs for this to arrive.

I would need to send you a replacement router which will include new cables and a returns bag for your current router. Will this be ok?

Hi @Strathcona,

 

The support team here on the community can't just send the cable, but they would probably be able to arrange a replacement router together with all of the cables.

 

They probably won't be around until Monday now, so you may get faster support by using the live chat or calling customer services on 0345 172 0088 over the weekend, however the Support Team here should respond to this topic early next week to help if you still need them.
