Router rebooots when computer starts.

My ethernet connected router often reboots itself, when I start my computer.
This is the replacement router you sent to me in October 2023.
Everything works ok once it has booted up, but I'd still like to try and correct this.
Any assistance would be appreciated.

The replacement power adaptor seems to have resolved the issue.

Thanks for your help.

Okay that's perfect. Have you ever tried connecting your computer wirelessly?

Thanks Kanya.
After I switched the mains power on this morning to my computer, the router rebooted before I could turn the computer on. The router is on it's own power line.
I haven't changed the router power adaptor yet.
The computer should be on for the rest of the day.

Yes I have still the original Huawei power adaptor 151206-11.
I will give it a try in the morning.
Thanks

Hi @dennisl your post has been escalated, I have an inkling this could be due to an underperforming power block, do you have a compatible spare to try?
