Router turns itself off

My router turned itself off over night and initially wouldn't turn back on. I tried a few different outlets.
Eventually, it mysteriously did just turn back on. But now my speeds are very slow.
I did a TalkTalk connection diagnostic test, it detected a problem but then said it needed me to do more tests (without links to do them).
It feels like I need a new router but don't know how to go about that
Any help would be appreciated

Hi @StuartS85
Thank you 🙂
The router is on its way, please allow 24-48hrs for this to arrive.
Let us know how the connection compares with the new router.
Debbie

Hi @StuartS85
I'm sorry to hear this.
Please can you add your name and TalkTalk landline number to your Community Profile, I can then send you a replacement router.
Thanks
Debbie
