Router

I have spent 2 hrs 45minutes tonight on chat trying to resolve my router issue. It just won’t connect and the orange lights just flash. I borrowed a friends old talktalk router and connected this up and I got wifi and internet connection. So logic would say that my router is faulty and needs to be replaced. After tonight’s chat (which is my third chat about this) talk talk are sending me an ASDL connector so I can test my main BT socket…. Which worked with the borrowed router so is not faulty. I just need my router replacing that’s all. What do I have to do to get one??
