Good evening. My router broke yesterday and in live chat I was told that Talk Talk will send me a new router . Today in my account I noticed that case is closed and don't see anything about that my router will be send. What is going on?

Please can you add your name and TalkTalk landline number to your Community Profile, I can then check to see if the router has been ordered for you.
