Sagecom Router fast 5364 wifi dropping out

Have read other posts about the 208 firmware update causing wifi dropouts, this is also the problem I'm having for some weeks. Until you can resolve the issue can you revert back to version 206 on my router please?

Hi @IQZero
I need to understand: is this the WiFi itself going down, i.e. a WiFi reception issue, or is it the internet link that is going down? Hence why I asked about the light on the router. I expect that the problem is WiFi reception, which is totally unrelated to firmware V208 and is an area where I can offer a lot of help. However, there is no point in moving forward with that unless it is the actual problem.

The wifi icon on my tablet and mobile both disappear at the same time. I can't se the service light on the router as it's in another room.

Please can you explain what you mean by WiFi drop outs in firmware V208, I never saw this when I tested this version?
When this happens, what is the exact state of the light on the router?
