Sagecom router power supply - sent a replacement - doesn't fit!

My Sagecom router suddenly stopped working - the powers supply had died.  After lengthy chat last week I was sent a replacement -  a Huawei power supply - wouldn't fit the back.  Very annoying.  Can a moderator on the forum arrange for a correct Sagecom power supply replacement.  This is the one that died:

Hi Fortesmentum,

 

I've ordered a replacement router, it should be with you within a couple of days. I've also ordered a returns bag to send the old router back in

I always thought that they would not supply a replacement power supply, but replaced the whole router instead. I have asked one of TalkTalk's support to pick your thread up and sort it for you.

They aim to respond within 48 hours (Monday - Friday) excluding Bank Holidays, but if more urgent you can always try the Service Centre on 0345 172 0088. The posts are responded to in time/date order, oldest first. Please try to avoid posting on here until TalkTalk has responded to you, otherwise, this will just put you further down the queue.

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries.
