Is Sara able to test the line, sms from talk talk said she can do it.
to bypass silly questions:
router is plugged in at the main socket, all firmware is up to date. Cables tested. Filter is few months old.
Constant disconnections for 2 days. And whenever i do the test on talktalk, it says everything is ok.
I can upload logs from my router if needed.
cheers

Hello,
Ok, would you like us to send a replacement router for testing purposes to see how the connection compares?
Thanks

Yes, connected to main socket. I have a couple of extension sockets. And no to a router.

Morning,
Ok thanks for confirming. Is the router currently connected to the main socket at the moment? Do you have any extension sockets? Do you also have an alternative router that you could test with please just to rule this out?
Thanks
Michelle

Morning,
I'm sorry to hear this. I've run a test on the line now which has detected a potential fault towards the property. Does your main socket have a test socket please? If it does then would it be possible to connect the router directly at the test socket so we can re-run the line test again please?
Thanks
Michelle
