Services being blocked

Hi,

Please can soemone help if possible.

It looks like certain apps and services on my network are baing blocked. 

I cant access sky TV on demand services and also apps on my phone are blocked.

It is definately my Talktalk network that is blocking tem as everything works on other networks ?

this started a week ago so not sure if there was a router patch that has broken things ?

Hello,

 

UPDATE - Your router firmware has now updated to V174. This should resolve the firewall issue. Please let us know if you experience any further issues.

Hi,

Yes its a Sagemcom and its - TalkTalk Wi-Fi Hub version SG4K100158. 

I have now set the firewall to meduium as it had been set to custom ? and this has fixed all the issues.

 @jrs270575  which router do you have and what is the firmware version ?

If it is a Sagemcom go into the settings and check that the firewall level is set to the default "medium" some have jumped to "high" after an update which apparently has caused issues.
